CHISHOLM CITY COUNCIL

REGULAR MEETING – SEPTEMBER 23, 2008

RECONVENED SEPTEMBER 24, 2008

CALL TO ORDER

Mayor Michael Jugovich reconvened the City Council meeting and called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers.

ROLL CALL

Present: Council Members Alexander, Benson, Drow, Novoselac, Skalski, and

Mayor Jugovich

Absent: None

Also Present: Administrator Mark Casey, Deputy Clerk Gary Krampotich, and Police Chief Scott Erickson

BUDGET 2009

The budget for the Police Department was discussed and the remaining shortfall of approximately $16,000 to get within the budget. Chief Erickson mentioned using the rest of the PERA account for this ($23,000) and the City Council agreed.

Administrator Casey and Deputy Clerk Krampotich advised the Council of other areas that could be adjusted.

After discussion, a balanced General Fund Budget was obtained.

ADJOURN

Moved by Councilor Alexander and supported by Councilor Benson to adjourn the City Council meeting at 6:55 p.m.
